Wheelie is a supporting character in The Transformers: The Movie.

He was voiced by Frank Welker.

What Makes Him a Scrappy?[]

He has no reason to exist. He just shows up out of nowhere and never even helps the Autobots defeat Unicron and acomany them throughout season 3.
His rhymes are extremely annoying, especially with his high pitched voice.
He was a jerk to Grimlock for no apparent reason.
Some fans even think the Bayverse version is an improvement over him, and he humped Megan Fox's leg.
He's a waste of Frank Welker's talent.

Trivia[]

His Headmasters and Japanese Generation One version in general isn't a Scrappy due to his rhyming not put in Japanese and for his friendship with Daniel plus his comedic moments in Legends Manga allows him to be more likeable.
