Brainiac's Superman Clone, is a major antagonist in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, the fifth installment in the Batman Arkhamverse.
He is a clone of Superman who was created by Brainiac to help take over the Earth.
He is voiced by Nolan North.
What Makes Him a Scrappy?[]
- Out of all five Justice League clones in this game, Superman gets the least amount of screen time. He finally shows up after Green Lantern dies to stop a Nuke from destroying the Skull Ship. Then once he killed Wonder Woman he doesn’t show up again until his boss fight.
- The plot armor that the squad had throughout the game’s story is made much more evident with Superman. In most adaptations, the original Superman Superman is one of if not the most powerful being in the universe, and even in this game Batman has stated that Superman is the most dangerous being to set foot on earth. So realistically, the squad would've been killed by his clone with ease even with the Gold Kryptonite, as there are so many methods to counteract it like using his heat vision, his freeze breath, rocks or even flying all the way up to space and crashing back down to kill the Squad. But Superman doesn’t do any of that, only so the game can have his boss fight and ultimately have him killed.
- When Batman is killed, Superman shows up and merely laughs about the fact that his closest ally is dead. While he is a clone, making him feel nothing about Batman’s death makes no sense, especially since Green Lantern was able to show emotion and sadness at Flash's death while being a creation of Brainiac. This obviously raises the question of how the rest of the Justice League are still able to feel for each other despite being clones, yet not Superman.
