Sue Nahmee is the main antagonist of Nickelodeon's 52nd full-length feature film Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie, the fourth movie in the SpongeBob SquarePants franchise.

She is the corrupt CEO of B.O.O.T.S. who plans on cloning and selling the inhabitants of Bikini Bottom as pets.

She was portrayed by Wanda Sykes.

What Makes Her a Scrappy?[]

First and foremost, audiences found her creepy due to several factors.
- Her entire goal to cuddle with fish is considered strange and disturbing. What's worse is that her fate of having her head lodged inside a fish makes it seems like the movie believes this is a sympathetic goal.
- She kisses her pet fish in her introduction scene, which was again found to be disturbing and deemed as beastiality.
- Her child self is just her adult self's head poorly edited onto a child's body. While that was intended to be the joke of the scene, it didn't matter as audiences still thought it looked bad and creepy.
- Her robot form isn't much better. Thanks to the movie's low budget, her head is once again poorly edited onto another body, making every scene with said body deemed as hard to watch.
- The scene where she clones SpongeBob is considered the most haunting scene in the entire movie. Keep in mind that this film was meant to be made for children.
- As mentioned above, her head gets lodged into her pet fish after she's defeated. Along with it not making much sense, her joy over this combined with the implications of the fusion made audiences feel uncomfortable.
Compared to the intelligent and hilarious Plankton, the hammy and charismatic Burger Beard, and even the intimidating and insecure King Poseidon, Sue is considered to be the flattest villain out of all four movies.
Fans think she should have had more screen time, as she's barely able to do anything evil and spends the entire movie in the same room.
Her name is considered a lazy pun on the word "tsunami."
The reveal of her being a robot was criticized for adding nothing to the overall story.
Her drama against Sandy was half-baked and pretentious.
While the Sandy movie is almost universally despised, Sue herself has a large enough hatedom to be a Scrappy due to her awful CGI and disturbing fish obsession.
