“ | Hiya! Do you wanna play a game with me? | „ |
~ A worse version of dialogue from his original version. |
X, better known as Sonic.exe, is the main antagonist of the panned official 2017 remake of the original creepypasta of the same name made by Jack Cranely, the original creator of the original.
What Makes Him a Scrappy?[]
- For starters, his "True EXE Form" and his "Tails.exe" designs are considered extremely ugly by fans, as they look like furry designs and don't make X look like a Mobian at all.
- On top of that, his faker design is just foot fetish material, since it doesn't have Sonic's iconic shoes and instead just shows his big humanoid feet. For instance, Sonic PC Port's Lord X is also barefoot, but his feet are camouflaged to look like Sonic's shoes (albeit with dark color scheme).
- He also suffers the same problem as his original counterpart: he's seen as an edgelord who makes poor attempts at being scary.
- Before Cranely lost the rights to Sonic.exe, he considered this version to be the "definitive X" and even refers him as "X Prime", making him a Creator's Pet.
- His famous "Hello. Do you want to play with me?" from the original story was completely changed to: "Hiya! Do you wanna play a game with me?", completely removing the scariness that was seen in the original.
- Overall, he is considered to be a worse version of the original, all due to his ugly designs, poorly-made dialogues, same problems of the original X that makes him edgy, and the fact that he's a Creator's Pet.
Trivia[]
- He is the only Sonic.exe character and so far only Sonic fanon character to be a Scrappy in general.
- Ironically, his original counterpart is a Base-Breaking Character, as he is loved by many fans, unlike this version, which has very few.
- A new canon based on him is being made by ItsAlepie, with revamped designs; the new Faker Form, while still not having Sonic's iconic gloves and shoes, lacks the foot fetish due to being toeless, and the True Form not looking like a furry, and he won't act like an edgelord but, instead, akin to a delusional child who believes he is the real Sonic.
