Shion is an character from the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Anime. She is Rimuru's First Secretary.

What Makes Her a Scrappy?

• Due to the fact the Anime couldn't squeeze in everything from the Light Novel and Manga due to runtime and episode number per season, some of her character development moments were reduced or skipped altogether as an result which made fans unpleasant and so this leaves with her being more annoying to some people such for the example:
  • Some of her most annoying comedic moments were mostly retained such as of her obsession with Rimuru and suggesting everything with violence ends up being the reason why she is annoying.
  • Some of her big character development moments are cut such as her forgiving humans since she nearly completely hated them, however this was cut from the anime due to runtime and this outraged fans making them thinking 8Bit are cheapskates. Any that were retained weren't enough to make it up save for her a few moments.
• The only thing that stops her from being completely hateable is her attractive design to some but some still whine anyways as they think she is simply reduced to a simple fan service character.

Trivia

• While she may be a Scrappy now it may change in Season 4 and the upcoming second movie and may move her to a Base-Breaking Character or even an Main Light Horse instead if done right.
• Her Manga, Light Novel, video game and Slime Diaries appearances do not qualify as Scrappies since they are less annoying or have enough other positive traits to balance it out to make her Base-Breaking.
