Rosemary and Amadeus Prower are major characters in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise.
They are the parents of Miles "Tails" Prower, as well as soldiers within the Acorn Kingdom military, with Amadeus acting as the general. After years of the royal family neglecting the war against Eggman, Rosemary and Amadeus stage a rebellion against them.
What Makes Them Scrappies?[]
- While the Acorns were doing a poor job running the kingdom, The Prowers' revolution caused more problems than it solved as it caused a large amount of violent chaos and ironically distracted even more from battling Eggman.
- Due to their blind distrust of the Acorns, the two of them caused problems for the Freedom Fighters, which included their son, Tails, due to their association with the Acorns by preventing them from continuing their activities.
- Even after they resolved their differences with the Acorns peacefully, The Prowers, mostly Rosemary, continued to start arguments with them and continued to cause many small problems for Sonic and his team as a result.
- As a councilwoman, Rosemary repeatedly made decisions that negatively impacted the kingdom, including voting against Freedom Fighters and Chaotix fighting Scourge's Suppression Squad and for exiling NICOLE, and accepting Naugus' claim to the throne, which was one of the reasons the Council of Acorn was hated by a big number of fans.
- While not terrible, their designs have some notable flaws, namely how neither of them have fur that resembled Tails or how Rosemary changes appearance routinely and oftentimes resembles Sally too much.
Trivia[]
- While still considered a Scrappy, Amadeus is seen as slightly more likable than Rosemary due to agreeing to resolve things peacefully and starting less arguments than Rosemary.
