Rona is one of the minor characters of Buffy the Vampire, serving as one of the new potential slayers who appears in the final season.
What Makes Her a Scrappy?[]
While many of the other potentials, with the exceptions of Amanda and Vi, could also qualify to be scrappies due being introduced in the final season without time to really explore their personalities, Rona is often considered one of the more notorious due to her personality.
Her cynical personality towards the Scooby Gang, while interpreted to come across as somewhat uncertain in her abilities who needs a bit more practice, came across as aggravating and annoying as her constant complaining made her not fun to watch.
Unlike Kennedy, who at least serves a purpose to the plot, Rona's only real contribution is to be a damsel in distress and to doubt Buffy's abilities.
She openly brags about Buffy being voted to leave her home.
During the Battle of the Vineyard, she had to be saved by Xander after the Caleb broke her arm, and she was incredibly ungrateful about it.
