Rebecca Black is one of the two titular protagonists of the DEATH BATTLE! episode "Justin Bieber VS Rebecca Black". She is an acclaimed yet highly divisive YouTuber and simultaneously Justin Bieber's archenemy and fan.

What Makes Her a Scrappy?

• To get the obvious elephant out of the room, Justin and Rebecca's portrayals in the video are seen as one of if not the most offensive and slanderous portrayals or characters in the history of the series. Virtually all of the Death Battle community cites her episode as the worst one of the show due to its cyberbullying of two innocent teenagers at the time of its release just because their music was seen by some as highly annoying. Rebecca, along with Justin, is by far the most offensive character Wiz and Boomstick ever conceived, which is truly saying something.
  • It got so bad that Rebecca's episode is currently unlisted as of October 2024, the only episode ever to be such.
• Her intelligence is cited to be "not much".
• Her line, "I hope you cut yourself and I hope you get an eating disorder so you'll look pretty," is taken out of context, as she was quoting a particularly cruel YouTuber during an interview. That is problematic on a number of levels.
• Rebecca only lasted about a minute before she abruptly kills both Justin and herself, which is pathetically short even for a kid (since Justin's a kid too). And her getting her skull busted wide open from being sent flying against a brick wall as an innocent and utterly harmless little girl being played for absolute satisfaction made plenty of viewers furious.
• The usage of Pompeii by E.S. Posthumus while Rebecca is fighting feels extremely out of place.

Trivia

• Cementing her status as a Scrappy, her episode is the worst-rated in Death Battle history, with only 2.9 out of 10 on IMDb. Wiz and Boomstick outright stated that they felt bad for uploading it.
