She was portrayed by Elaina Keyes who also portrayed Rose, and Suzanne Huckerdoo in the same series.

What Makes Her a Scrappy?

• She is pretty bratty and rude and tends to act like a smart-ass which bothers a lot of fans
• Fans consistently called her a pointless character that has no true reason to be in the show other than having a feud with Junior.
• She is annoying having (somewhat) similar personality to fellow scrappy Rose.
• Her relationship with Junior was forced due to how she only decided to date Junior after he almost started to date Jenny Wobbleknees.
• Continuing on the Junior x Penelope ship they had a breakup that only lasted a few episodes.
• The relationship relies on making tons of jokes such as them calling each other pet names which were considered cringeworthy.
