Millie Burtonburger is a major character in Kid vs. Kat. She is the younger sister of Coop Burtonburger whom adopted an alien cat named Kat, who unbeknownst to her is an alien invader.
She is voiced by Kathleen Barr.

- Many consider her spoiled attitude to be insufferable, as she often behaves jerkishly when she doesn't get what she wants.
- She stubbornly refuses to believe that Kat is an alien invader, refusing to believe Coop's suspicions even when Kat's technology is right in front of her.
- She frequently antagonizes her brother Coop by insulting him, humiliating him or getting him in trouble with Kat sometimes joining in, with both often getting away scot-free.
- She often screams whenever she's upset, which many consider to be annoying.
- While she was intended to be a comical character, viewers instead considered her to be annoying and mean-spirited for her attitude and not facing any karma for her actions.
- Many find her as the main reason why Kat keeps getting away with his, since if Coop only had to fight Kat he would have won long time ago and would have no issuses showing his true colors but he simply couldn't because of Millie.
