Mickey and Jay, also known as the Adversity Twins, are supporting characters in Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race.
What Makes Them Scrappies?[]
- Their schtick of always getting sick makes them feel like one note characters and gets annoying to much of the audience pretty quickly as it is one recycled joke after another.
- Many hate that they are basically copied characters from Cameron (not helping that Jay borrows his trashed design) and lack any of the likable traits, strategic skills or development that Cameron had.
- Their forced woobie status tries to make viewers feel sorry for them. However this fails as not only do they find them annoying, but they don't even get an underdog arc or break out of woobie status.
