The Lord of Games, called L.O.G. for short, is a character from Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts. He claims to be the creator of all video games, and takes control of the game to make the characters build vehicles in an attempt to "broaden the demographic."
What Makes Him a Scrappy?[]
- While he's meant to be funny, he's seen as an obnoxious character for constantly insulting the series' platforming roots as well as its audience.
- He forcibly changes the gameplay from a traditional platformer to a vehicle-based game, making him responsible in-universe for everything fans dislike about the game.
- He's disrespectful and insulting to Banjo and Kazooie, calling them "has-beens" and "failures" and saying they may never get another game.
- Many of his comments are seen as insulting toward the player, such as saying modern gamers don't care about platforming and "just want to shoot things." He also claims credit for some of the most hated aspects of previous games, such as the Canary Mary race, mockingly asking the player if they enjoyed it.
