Kyururu is the main protagonist of the infamous anime Kemono Friends 2. He is voiced by Ishikawa Yui.
What Makes Him a Scrappy?[]
- He is a blatant rip-off of Kaban, from his hat with a feather, having a bag with him since his "birth", having no idea who he is, also poor at physical fitness. Not to mention they both traveled with Serval, the first Friends they met since their birth.
- While Kaban is humble, sensitive, and willing to sacrifice herself to save her beloved ones, Kyururu is a coward with little to no character development. The only weakness he overcame was learning how to jump over a tiny crack on the ground.
- He failed to solve some of the problems the Friends met. In Episode 7, while Cheetah and Pronghorn argued who is faster thus racing against each other on and on, Kyururu held a relay race with them as participants. It turned out to be unsuccessful, as the two Friends still had no idea who is faster.
- Some of his dialogues were bad references to the first season. For example, while Kaban said she wasn't a guest of the park to declare her determination of not running away, Kyururu stated he's a guest rather than Friends.
- After the monorail he took was stopped by a fallen bridge, Kyururu left the monorail with Serval and Caracal, leaving the guide robot, Lucky Beast trapped.
- Once Domestic Dog asked Armallio and Pangolin to kidnap Kyururu to her house in order to see him in person, Kyururu rejected the tea she brewed while showing annoyance.
- Not to care Domestic Dog's wounds, even she fought for him while "The Beast" (which is an insane Siberian Tiger Friends in fact) arrived.
- To add insult to injury, once Serval and Caracal drove Siberian Tiger away, he didn't show gratitude to Domestic Dog at all.
- As Domestic Dog asked Kyururu to command her "go home" upon knowing it's better for him to travel with Serval and Caracal, Kyururu instantly replied to her request, without healing her wounds. Instead, he blamed Serval and Caracal for missing his sketchbook once they parted ways.
- According to the exhibition, Kemono Friends: World, Domestic Dog had waited her master for 20 centuries so far. Though Kyururu has no memory about Domestic Dog since he was a clone, his ignorance toward the loyal friend was despised by the audience.
- He is the culprit of the massive cerulean attack at the end of the story, as one of his drawings including all of the friends he met had summoned the monsters unintentionally.
- Though he gave up the thought of escape, he asked Kaban-San to brought Siberian Tiger, who would attack both sides indiscriminately.
- The ceruleans would lead to the demise of a hotel, killing Siberian Tiger in progress.
- While he says he loves everyone, his acts towards the Friends can be ungrateful and mean-spirited sometimes, making him a bit of a hypocrite.
- While Kemono Friends 2 is criticized by the audience for its narration and mean-spirited characters, Kyururu had earned the brunt of the hatedom due to his self-centered and whiny acts throughout the show.

- His manga adaption does not count as a Scrappy, since he is a more helpful and considerate person throughout the story. He also got further character development in the manga.
