Jan Minakaze is an character that appears in Transformers: Victory.
What Makes Him a Scrappy?[]
- He suppose to do a good father and son relationship with Star Saber but comes as annoying.
- His saving graces is his tragic backstory and he has matured more in the Legends Manga and even got married but however it wasn't shown enough to disqualify his Scrappy status.
Trivia[]
- His Victory Manga version isn't an Scrappy since he has more character development.
