The Scrappy Wiki

Do you want to know who She Hulk really is? This is the truth presented by Intelligencia. She-Hulk does not deserve your attention, she does not deserve your praise, or the power she stole from the Hulk. She is not a superhero. And she’s a slut.
~ Todd’s most infamous speech against She-Hulk.

Todd Phelps, also known as HulkKing, is the main antagonist of the 2022 Marvel Cinematic Universe television series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

He is an anonymous user and one of the leaders of the website Intelligencia, and the leader responsible for creating the campaign to kill She-Hulk, his former date.

He was portrayed by Jon Bass.

What Makes Him A Scrappy?[]

  • Despite being the main antagonist of the show, he is barely considered one due to being more of an obnoxious and stereotypical frat bro who is also misogynistic, rather than an intimidating supervillain. His reason of hating She-Hulk is because she rejected him during a date, due to his sleazy behavior.
  • While he's not meant to be liked, many fans only hated him for being an uninteresting and boring antagonist. Even Titania, the show's other antagonist, while having detractors, does have some fans who enjoyed her powers and Jameela Jamil's performance. On the other hand, HulkKing barely has any entertaining factors, let alone fans.
  • While he was supposed to show the struggles women face in society, he's so cartoonishly evil the metaphor is completely lost.
  • Due to the bad CGI of the show, his Hulk form looks ugly and buffonish.
  • He is responsible for turning the Intelligencia, which is supposed to be a super-villain organization composed of many geniuses and hackers, into a misogynistic hate group. He isn't even good at personifying misogyny at all.
  • Since Intelligencia gets erased at the end of the show, his entire plot line ends up being extremely pointless.
