Gustave Eddie Dominic, later known as Gilbert Pronislav, is a character from Fire Emblem Three Houses. Gustave was once a knight of Faerghus and the father of Annette. But after the tragedy of Duscur he left Faerghus, join the knights of Seiros and renamed himself to Gilbert.

Gilbert is voiced by Doug Stone.

What Makes Him a Scrappy?

• People absolutely hated Gilbert for abandoning his own family including his own daughter Annette after the tragedy. He has basically have not been a part of Annette life for over three years up until she joins the officers academy in Garreg Mach.
• In his support with Annette when she finally confronts her own father and begging him to come back home and apologize to Annette’s mother, Gilbert just won’t apologize to his own wife and even walk away. He even goes as far as to tell Annette that if she want him gone then Gilbert will disappear out of her own daughter life forever. Which obviously Annette does not want that.
• Some fans were also irritated that Gilbert is one of the few optional characters to s support with male byleth, even though he already married thus making their relationship a platonic one.
• And because of Gilbert unpopularity in Three Houses that he was demoted from a playable character to now a npc in Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes alongside other unpopular characters such as Hanneman, Cyril and Alois.
