Galactus, also known as Gah Lak Tus, is the main antagonist of the 2007 superhero film Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, the second and final installment in Tim Story's Fantastic Four film series.
What Makes Him a Scrappy?[]
He lacks any personality in this film, merely pose as a gigantic cloud that consume planets.
He is an ass pull when Silver Surfer could have defeated him with ease and earlier.
His design is wrongfully unfaithful to his comic book counterpart. Other than his shadow, he looks like a gigantic cloud. The fact that the producers actually had a design for the character yet didn't use it makes it even baffling.
While it was intended to be based on Gah Lak Tus from Earth-1610/Ultimate universe, but no one prefer that design either.
He is the reason why the film failed, due to being complete wasted potential and bland.

He is one of the 7 Fantastic Four franchise Scrappies, alongside the Fantastic Four and Dr. Doom from the 2015 film as well as Mr. Fantastic from Earth-838.
According to director Tim Story, Galactus' true form was purposefully obscured so that they could fully reveal the character's appearance in a planned Silver Surfer spin-off movie. Had this been made, he would count as a Base Breaking Character.
