The Duke of Soleanna is a major character from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, serving as a major character in the 2006 game Sonic the Hedgehog.
He is one of the rulers of Soleanna, and the father of Princess Elise, who started the Solaris Project, an experiment which would make use of their God Solaris for the betterment of mankind. However, the experiment result, and led to the catastrophic result of killing the Duke.
What Makes Him a Scrappy?[]
- He was the one that caused the game's events in the first place, and it was all because he decided to tamper with a force that was beyond his control. By doing so, he killed many of his collegues in the process.
- He decided to fix his mistakes by sealing Solaris inside of his daughter, tasking her to never cry, unless Iblis gets released and wreaks havoc onto the world.
- Just like with Omochao, the Duke had also received flak for being a source of unwanted in-game assistance, specifically serving as the voice of the Hint Rings.
