He is an evil baby and a member of the Chaos Council.

He was voiced by Vincent Tong.

Like the other members of the Chaos Council, he has received criticism for being a boring character, due to only having one character trait.
- Unlike the other members, he doesn't have any moments that could be considered funny or entertaining.
He has received criticism for being annoying due to constantly whining and having a screechy voice.
His design is seen as very lazy, as he's just a normal infant with nothing particularly Eggman-like.
He's also criticized for being pointless, since he doesn't add anything to the Council and never contributes plot-wise.
His jokes have been criticized for relying on him throwing tantrums and being a baby, which was considered annoying by many viewers. His humor is also considered a major distraction to New Yolk City's intended dark atmosphere.
