“ | They are trying to figure me out. And I don't like it. Once they figure me out, they start to tell me what I want to hear. And I need to quickly figure out who's a good worker and who is simply a good mind reader. Because as soon as I'm hearing what I want to hear, I'm not gonna care. | „ |

What Makes Him a Scrappy?[]
- He is hated for being out of place with the show's tone.
- His personality shifts from episode to episode making him inconsistent.
- After Michael left, he creates a hostile work environment.
- He ruins Michael's goodbye song with his off-key singing, also his relationship with Michael isn't as strong as he only knew Michael for a couple hours, while the others had known him for years, also many people think Dwight should've been there in his place instead.
- He is both ageist and sexist.
- His reason for being hired is because he saved Jo Bennett's dog instead of skill.
- His hatred of Dwight Schrute felt forced, and even yells at him for not wanting to go to watch the "basketball game" in the warehouse.
- His has a giant ego and views himself as superior.
- He made a scene while eating Michael's goodbye cake.
- He is a very flat-character.
- During the talking head segments, he mostly seems to be bored.
- He is implied to have been a bad father as he doesn't listen to his son's demands.
- Most of his scenes are very cringe worthy and unfunny such as his juggling routine which goes on for about two minutes with him not even using juggling balls in the routine and instead miming the entire thing which just makes the scene come off as weird and as filler.
