Chloe Carmichael is a major character in The Fairly OddParents. She was added in the 10th season, and similar to Sparky, she was panned by the audiences of the show.
She was voiced by Kari Wahlgren.
What Makes Her a Scrappy?[]
- Like Sparky, she was pointlessly added for the sole reason of boosting the ratings of the show only to fail miserably.
- She basically became the deuteragonist of the show and even took the spotlight from Timmy Turner in comparison to Sparky, who didn't steal the spotlight back in season 9 despite it's nature. Not to mention that Timmy was also a deeply flat character in this season.
- Furthermore, she is more focused than Poof in Season 10, with the latter only appearing in one episode, Certifiable Super Sitter, making Season 10 worse than it already is.
- She basically has godparents despite having a good life and only uses them to do selfish wishes, and the excuse for this is that she feels bad in essentially contradicting what is established about children who are given godparents in the first place.
- She comes off as a jerk, similar to Timmy Turner in the later seasons.
- With the fact the show tells everyone that she's absolutely perfect in every way, she's a Mary Sue.

- Chloe is one of the three The Fairly OddParents Scrappies, alongside Sparky and Roy Raskin.
- However, despite TV Tropes only listing Sparky as a Scrappy for the original animated series, Chloe is considered an even worse Scrappy since she steals the spotlight from Timmy (something that Sparky, despite Season 9 being focused on him, didn't actually do and had a few episodes where he was either a minor character or completely absent) and is a Creator's Pet.
