Characters that were created, or were changed in some way, to imitate a trend in media. Doing this often times results in the character being deemed as "dated" or a "rip-off" later.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This category applies to character who are clear imitations of a popular trend or character. Do not use this category on characters that appear to be similar to another one.
