Simps

A "simp" character is someone who demonstrates excessive, often exaggerated or one-sided, devotion to another character (who usually does the wrong thing or doesn't even care about the character they feel excessive devotion to). These characters often have submissive or idolatrous behaviors in romantic or platonic relationships or are annoying.
