Scrappies who have raped or attempted to rape others, either personally or through ordering people to do so. Rape is considered a very heinous crime and almost always puts a villain past the Moral Event Horizon.

Please note that not all rapists are deviants as they may do so out of sadism, hatred, revenge or dominance but they can be both if the rapist shows perverted qualities at a different point of time (e.g., Monty de la Cruz).

Additional Note: Do NOT put any young children under this category, since they are FAR TOO YOUNG to understand the full concept of sex at an early age or associate things in a sexual manner, so them asking for help when going through toilet training is normal since they are still learning to pick up habits of using the restroom, never suggesting anything sexual in nature (Manny Heffley). In fact, kids are often victims of predators and putting a child under the Rapists category is extremely offensive to survivors who suffered abuse at a young age, for obvious reasons.
