Bendy is a minor antagonist from Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends, appearing in the episode "Everyone Knows It's Bendy" as the titular main antagonist. He is an imaginary friend with a knack for causing trouble.
He was voiced by Jeff Bennett, who also voiced Baby Shelby in House of Mouse.
What Makes Him a Scrappy?[]
- He causes trouble for the imaginary friends, framing them for the problems he causes. He has no motivation, since the imaginary friends didn't do anything to him.
- He also makes the other characters seem dumber. Frankie and Mr. Herriman believe him over the other imaginary friends. This includes Wilt, who is known for being nice and honest.
- Even when it seems like he'll receive karma after Bloo frames him for flooding the house, he sprays over the screen to prevent the audience from seeing what happens after Bloo stupidly admits to flooding the house.
- He was so hated that Lauren Faust (the writer of the episode) apologized for creating him, and he never appeared in the series again (although he did appear in some licensed games).
- He could be easily fixed by simply receiving some visible punishment and having the characters apologize for believing him over their friends, things that obviously don't occur.
Trivia[]
- Their creator, Lauren Faust has also created Snips and Snails, a Scrappy duo in My Little Pony.
