Allegro is an antagonist from the infamous 2016 reboot of The Powerpuff Girls. He first appears in "Painbow", then appears in other roles later on.
He was voiced by Eric Bauza, who also voiced the male Ace Savvy Convention Judge in The Loud House.
What Makes Him a Scrappy?[]
- For starters, he's not intimidating at all, even for a villain. He looks incredibly silly, even for a villain that is supposed to be funny, with those big, unpleasant eyes and did not have the same laughable moments as the villains from the original Powerpuff Girls did.
- He has no sense of personal space, grabbing and hugging the girls without their consent.
- He's responsible for the infamous twerking scene, such before that when he brainwashes both Blossom and Bubbles.
- He turned out to be a very wasted villain because he has enormous powers to create new universes, but the way it was presented turned out to be very lukewarm and uninteresting, especially because he can be defeated so easily. It just begs the question on why he even has the power in the first place.
