Carl "Crusher" Creel, better known as the Absorbing Man is a playable character in TT Games' 2013 action-adventure video game LEGO Marvel Super Heroes.
What Makes Him a Scrappy?[]
- His design is a extremely boring, merely being a shirtless human with purple pants and black shoes. Though to give credit, this is comic-accurate.
- Infamously, despite being called the 'Absorbing Man', he doesn't even use his powers in-game! His only form of attack is through his wrecking ball, which despite also being comic accurate, doesn't excuse the fact he never uses his actual superpowers whatsoever. The cherry on top is the fact that Absorbing Man uses his absorbing powers in his idle animation, and nowhere else in the game! This also unfortunately applies when he re-appears in LEGO Marvel Avengers.
- Generally, Absorbing Man is not only regarded as arguably the worst character in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, but one of the all-time worst characters in a LEGO game due his boring playstyle and not even being able to use his titular powers.
